The review below with the name TAS1159 is fraudulent. I didn’t write this review, the salesman clearly did. I never would have given him this review. He was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. He wouldn’t give me my car keys when I told him I didn’t want the car anymore. He was the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Marcos was our Sales guys, and the sales manager was Richard Lewis. Flavio is a sales manager. Another Richard claims to be the GM.
Dealer induced delivery by providing temporary wheels while we waited for a tire swap. These were different than the wheels on the vehicle during the test drive and, loan application. The original wheels were not returned upon new tire arrival. Dealer has now seized the original wheels and refused to return the asset as it was configured during financing.
This is now about awareness.

Had a really great experience at the Nissan service center in Rockville Center. Eddie was very friendly straightforward to what needed to be done for my car service . He explained what needed to be done, gave a clear timeline when the car would be ready and contacted my cell when it was ready for pick up . Super easy and no stress 🙂 Thanks so much Eddie!
I want to thank nissan of rockville centre! Not only are they the best dealer around but they are extremely helpful! Worst car buying experience ever. Started pretty much as I walked through the door. I come in and there are seats at tables, I assume it's a waiting area and take a seat. Mean while there are 3 people playing basketball and another 3 seating and talking. So I seat and observe for a while and no one greets me or acknowledges me. Went to Nissan of RVC for a battery check up and oil change. Eddie was my advisor. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a timeline for the service and got me out way ahead of schedule. Overall, Eddie and the mechanics made what can be a painful (financially) and timely experience a very quick and easy service call. I am very happy and look forward to my next service appointment. It's convenient for me and I've gotten my oil change there Marcos Tabera is attentive. My only complaint is that on my recent visit the mechanics are saying that they checked my brakes which I asked them to do twice. I bought 2 tires and had something else worked on but the brakes were not given attention because it seems like they want my brakes to get worse so they can charge me more.
